Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, medications, and equipment between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain strict temperature control for temperature-sensitive shipments
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain chain-of-custody records
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners
- Operate company-provided vehicles safely and efficiently
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with punctuality and precision
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of medical handling procedures (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to/from depot (if using personal vehicle)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
