Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and equipment between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using provided coolers
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic tracking
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols at all times
- Optimize routes for timely delivery using GPS navigation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Background check clearance (provided by employer)
- Must be available for flexible shifts including early mornings
- No prior medical experience required – we train!
