Key Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab samples with the highest level of care and accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols throughout all deliveries.
- Utilize delivery software and handheld scanners to log packages and update delivery status in real-time.
- Inspect and clean delivery vehicle daily to ensure professional appearance and safety standards.
- Handle secure courier bags and packages ranging from small envelopes to heavy medical supplies (20-50 lbs).
- Communicate effectively with medical facilities and staff to ensure smooth drop-offs and pick-ups.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, clean, and insured personal vehicle or company vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry medical packages up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
- Must be available to start work within 24-48 hours.
