Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Verify recipient information and handle temperature-sensitive materials with specialized equipment
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facilities and patients
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and route optimization protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and medical facility staff
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Experience in medical/pharmaceutical logistics (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled equipment
