Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and temperature-sensitive materials between healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data confidentiality
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and laboratories for timely pickups/deliveries
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with precision and urgency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to and from our Reno facility
