Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, medications, and lab equipment to hospitals, clinics, and testing centers
- Maintain strict temperature control and chain-of-custody protocols for sensitive shipments
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time route optimization and delivery tracking
- Complete electronic documentation with 100% accuracy for compliance and audit purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals during pickup/delivery interactions
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain clean, organized courier equipment
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or logistics delivery
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification preferred (training provided)
