Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery schedules while adhering to HIPAA and OSHA compliance protocols
- Document all deliveries using our digital tracking system with real-time GPS monitoring
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and sanitization procedures between transports
- Communicate professionally with healthcare facilities regarding delivery status and special handling requirements
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with urgency and precision during critical time windows
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Medical transport or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and operate temperature-controlled equipment
- Proficiency in digital navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for urgent deliveries
- Pass background check and drug screening
