Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab supplies across Baltimore metropolitan area
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Complete accurate documentation and chain-of-custody procedures for all shipments
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to optimize delivery routes and timing
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and ensure biosecurity protocols are followed
- Utilize GPS tracking systems to provide real-time delivery updates
- Adhere to HIPAA, DOT, and OSHA regulations for medical transport
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical or pharmaceutical logistics
- Knowledge of biohazard handling and medical transport regulations
