Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment to healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for sensitive materials
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and secure handling procedures
- Document delivery logs and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with medical staff for time-sensitive pickups/deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or healthcare transport
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with temperature-controlled transport a plus
- CPR certification required (training provided)
