Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab supplies across Tampa Bay
- Maintain strict temperature-controlled environments for sensitive shipments
- Utilize our proprietary mobile app for real-time route optimization and delivery tracking
- Complete detailed documentation and chain-of-custody forms for all deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical courier or healthcare logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate medical facilities efficiently
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
