Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, blood products, and critical supplies using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain chain-of-custody documentation
- Optimize delivery routes using our digital dispatch system for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facilities and patients
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness
- Communicate delivery status updates in real-time through our mobile app

Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Medical courier or healthcare logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
