Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and critical supplies using company vehicles
- Maintain strict temperature control for temperature-sensitive materials
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and chain-of-custody forms
- Utilize GPS navigation to optimize routes and meet strict delivery deadlines
- Communicate professionally with healthcare facilities regarding delivery status
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with mobile technology (smartphone, GPS, delivery apps)
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
