Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals between healthcare facilities
- Maintain HIPAA compliance during all handling and documentation processes
- Utilize our proprietary mobile app for real-time tracking and route optimization
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks daily
- Coordinate with medical staff for urgent deliveries and special handling requirements
- Complete digital delivery logs and incident reports remotely when not on route
- Participate in quarterly safety compliance training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean MVR (no DUI/DWI in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience or medical transport background
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with mobile technology and route navigation apps
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
