Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals between healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and biohazard handling procedures
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
- Monitor weather and traffic conditions to optimize delivery routes
- Communicate delivery status updates to healthcare providers via our mobile app
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical transport certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in various weather conditions
- Experience with electronic documentation systems and mobile applications
