Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, equipment, and confidential records to designated pickup and drop-off locations.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and healthcare confidentiality standards at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet strict healthcare facility deadlines and protocols.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained for the safety of sensitive cargo.
- Collect and process payments or receipts accurately upon delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle (SUV or Van) suitable for medical cargo and weather conditions.
- Strong time management and route-planning skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide a motor vehicle report (MVR).
