Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Adhere to strict temperature control and chain-of-custody protocols for sensitive materials
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers during time-sensitive pickups/deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain clean, organized transport vehicles
- Follow HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards for all handling procedures
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals across San Jose Bay Area
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
