Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and sensitive healthcare materials between clinics, labs, and hospitals
- Maintain strict temperature control and chain-of-custody protocols for critical shipments
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Document all transfers using digital tracking systems and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facility staff
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull wheeled equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation systems
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul training facility
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends
