Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and equipment between healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Operate company vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Verify and process delivery receipts and inventory
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch team in real-time
- Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to biohazard handling and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS tracking
- Reliable transportation to depot (training location)
