Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, organs, and pharmaceuticals following HIPAA protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and clinics for timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with priority routing
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate medical facilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous medical or courier experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
