Responsibilities
- Securely package, label, and transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment following HIPAA protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation for all shipments
- Adhere to strict temperature control requirements for sensitive medical materials
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe operation at all times
- Resolve delivery discrepancies with exceptional customer service skills
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training programs
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
