- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for handling sensitive patient materials
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking documentation
- Coordinate with hospital staff, labs, and clinics for timely pickups/dropoffs
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Operate GPS systems for efficient route planning and real-time navigation
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and receiving facilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
