Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled containers
- Maintain strict chain of custody documentation and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and clinics for efficient pickup/delivery scheduling
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain clean, organized transport equipment
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization and delivery confirmation
- Respond to urgent medical delivery requests with time-sensitive precision
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch and medical staff
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable vehicle
