Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, documents, and pharmaceuticals to and from medical facilities, laboratories, and hospitals with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle to ensure compliance with health department regulations.
- Verify delivery details, complete accurate logs, and handle necessary paperwork (e.g., chain of custody forms) promptly.
- Interact professionally with medical staff, patients, and facility security personnel to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently within the Tucson metropolitan area.
- Reliable access to a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and checking schedules.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
