About the Role:
As a Medical Courier, you will be the vital link in the healthcare supply chain. You will ensure that critical medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and documents are transported safely, securely, and on time to hospitals, laboratories, and medical facilities.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive medical documents to and from designated healthcare facilities.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs using our proprietary tracking software.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Follow designated routes and traffic laws to ensure timely arrivals.
- Handle packages with the utmost care, ensuring temperature control for sensitive samples where required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients upon delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery statuses and GPS navigation.
- Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
