Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals in a secure and temperature-controlled manner.
- Utilize GPS tracking technology to navigate routes efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with medical facilities and internal dispatch teams.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of temperature control requirements for medical transport.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
