Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab reports, and sensitive healthcare materials between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations and biohazard handling protocols
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure on-time deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients
- Communicate delivery status and delays in real-time to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic familiarity with medical terminology and specimen handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
