Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, documents, and equipment to designated healthcare facilities in Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and company safety protocols during every delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, routes, and pickup/drop-off signatures.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients.
- Ensure the security and temperature control of sensitive medical items during transport.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate the Buffalo area efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging delivery data.
