- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals between clinics, labs, and hospitals
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and chain-of-custody procedures
- Utilize GPS navigation for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Complete electronic documentation and delivery confirmations in real-time
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean, organized transport vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facility staff
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling protocols
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled units
