Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals in climate-controlled vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with 100% on-time performanceAdhere to HIPAA protocols and chain-of-custody procedures
- Complete electronic delivery documentation and inventory management
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
