Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, medications, and lab equipment between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs using GPS tracking systems
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and biohazard safety standards
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch and healthcare providers
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with 99% on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Medical transport experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
