About The Role:
Your primary focus will be maintaining the integrity of patient data and medical supplies while providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and prescription drugs safely and securely to designated medical facilities.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Accurately log delivery times, pickup and drop-off locations, and vehicle mileage in our digital tracking system.
- Communicate professionally with medical staff and patients to resolve delivery issues or confirm receipt of packages.
- Manage inventory of supplies and report shortages or damages immediately to the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record and valid Class C Driver’s License.
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with mobile technology and GPS navigation apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
