Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceutical supplies to hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using provided equipment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance as per company protocols
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling procedures preferred
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
