Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, documents, and critical supplies to hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control and chain-of-custody protocols for sensitive materials
- Utilize company-provided GPS tracking and insulated containers for secure transport
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments and urgent pickups
- Complete digital delivery confirmations and maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare transport regulations
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance of company-proplied tools
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled transport equipment
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling and transport protocols
- Strong time management with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and dispatch coordination
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred
