Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, organs, and equipment between hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using provided refrigerated units
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data protection
- Document all transfers using our digital tracking system
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance as scheduled
- Coordinate with medical staff for time-sensitive pickups/deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling protocols
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with GPS navigation and digital tracking systems
- Background check and drug screening required
- High school diploma or equivalent
