Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and medical equipment safely and securely to designated healthcare facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and company protocols regarding patient privacy and specimen integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to strict time schedules to guarantee timely deliveries during peak hours.
- Handle temperature-sensitive shipments (refrigerated) with extreme care.
- Update delivery status via company mobile applications in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry medical packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
