Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, and sensitive diagnostic materials between hospitals, labs, and clinics
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive shipments
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain electronic tracking systems
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and all OSHA safety regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch, healthcare staff, and clients for seamless logistics operations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness of transport equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical logistics experience preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate medical facilities efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling and biohazard protocols
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficient in GPS navigation and mobile communication tools
