Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, and critical supplies while maintaining strict temperature control protocols
- Execute time-sensitive deliveries with 99.9% accuracy across Chandler, Tempe, and Gilbert
- Maintain meticulous chain-of-custody documentation and HIPAA compliance standards
- Operate company vehicles safely and perform daily safety inspections
- Provide exceptional client communication during pickup/delivery operations
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Participate in quarterly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year courier or medical logistics experience required
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Pass background check and drug screening per healthcare regulations
- Knowledge of Chandler area roadways and traffic patterns
