Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and sensitive healthcare materials
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and chain-of-custody procedures
- Coordinate with medical facilities, labs, and hospitals for timely pickups/deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
- Manage multiple delivery routes efficiently using GPS navigation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical
- Experience in medical transport, logistics, or healthcare delivery preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical handling protocols
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
