Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, and lab samples
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials during transit
- Accurately document and track all shipments using our proprietary tracking system
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and clinics for timely pickups/deliveries
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and biohazard safety protocols
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical packaging and handling protocols
