Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across San Jose
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary mobile app for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain electronic signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from depot (remote-friendly start)
