Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Richmond, VA
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Uphold company safety standards and traffic regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Richmond area roads and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to company depot (remote-friendly scheduling)
- Pass background check and drug screening
