Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to local addresses within Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup and delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug test required
