Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Austin
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and issue resolutions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and address special requests
- Adhere to company safety policies and local delivery regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery tracking app
- Reliable transportation to and from our Austin depot
