Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring all items are properly secured and accounted for.
- Obtain customer signatures and provide excellent customer service at every delivery stop.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Navigate effectively using GPS systems and route maps to optimize delivery times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with smartphone applications and GPS navigation tools.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
