Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Arlington area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organize cargo for optimal delivery efficiency
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile tracking system
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- No prior delivery experience required – full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must live within 15 miles of Arlington, TX
