Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and other items to customers across NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Adhere to traffic laws and optimize delivery routes for timely arrival
- Handle cashless transactions and payment processing seamlessly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly to dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
