Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from delivery vehicles.
- Drive to specified residential and commercial locations in the Nashville area.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon receipt.
- Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions regarding delivery status.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status in the dispatch system in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of local streets and geography in Nashville, TN.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Reliable smartphone for GPS navigation and dispatch apps.
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
