Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load, unload, and verify package contents for accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to meet tight deadlines and maximize efficiency
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong knowledge of Mesa and surrounding Arizona areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable smartphone with GPS navigation capability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
