Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents safely and efficiently to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Memphis metropolitan area.
- Verify and collect accurate signatures for all deliveries to ensure full accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and fuel efficiency of your delivery vehicle.
- Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer service during every interaction.
- Sort and organize incoming cargo at the hub before route assignment.
- Handle package returns and route adjustments with agility and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Memphis, TN area and local traffic patterns.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and logging.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for change handling and inventory management.
