Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Fresno
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and time management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery statuses and exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year experience in local delivery or commercial driving
- Strong knowledge of Fresno streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
